Q1. Where do Foxes Class play at playtimes and lunchtimes?
We play in our playground. It is not far from Foxes classroom door. We now have new green soft grass to play on.
Q2. Where do Foxes Class put their lunch boxes?
Each morning when we come into school, if we are a packed lunch we put our lunch on the special trolley in the hall. It has a big sign on it saying Foxes and that is where you put it and then at lunch time you get it off the trolley.
Q3. Where are Foxes Class toilets?
Our toilets are not next to our classroom so we need to be very sensible and grown up. Our toilets are down the corridor past the adult toilets and by the fish tank. There are three toilets and three sinks.
Q4. Where do Foxes Class put their coats?
Each morning when we come into school we need to walk down the corridor and down the stairs, through the door and there is our cloakroom. We each have a peg with our name on it, we made our name labels ourselves! We leave our coat, wellies and PE bags there.

Each morning when we come into school you put your bookbag in the big plastic see-through boxes. Make sure you put your bookbag into your group box!

Q6. Do Foxes Class use the trailblazer?
Yes! We sometimes use the trailblazer during playtime but each week on a Tuesday afternoon we have a time where we go down together as a class.
Q7. What are Foxes Class teachers called?
Foxes teacher is called Miss Essex. Foxes Teaching Assistant is called Mrs Blackmore and Foxes SMSA is called Mrs Weatherley.
Q8. Does Foxes Class have a role play area?
Each term with Miss Essex we change the role play area. Each term we have a new area linked to our class topic. When we learnt about castles, our role play area was a Medieval Castle! When we learnt about Plants, our role play area was a Garden Centre!
Q9. When do Foxes Class work and learn outside?
On Monday and Wednesday afternoon you will get to learn outside the classroom, sometimes with the teaching assistants and other times with the teachers.
Q10. When do Foxes Class do PE?
We do PE two times a week. We do PE on a Tueday morning and a Thursday afternoon. Each term we have a different focus either, Dance, Gymnastics or Games.

Yes! We still do lots of planning, lots of time for us to choose our own activities and learning. We plan every afternoon apart from Thursday afternoons. During planning we can choose activities such as playdough, free drawing and writing, using the role play area, construction, the outdoor area and much more!

We are very busy in Foxes Class learning literacy and numeracy in the morning and topic planning during the afternoon.

Each term we learn about a new topic and link our literacy, numeracy and science work into the topic. During the afternoon planning time we have the opportunity to use a range of materials and resources to learn more about our topic. In bold on the right hand side of the table below are our planned visits and trips too!
